Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Once an order has been placed and payment has been received, production or processing will begin according to the stated timelines on the relevant product page.

For custom-made units, production begins after all required information, including head measurements where applicable, has been received.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

Custom-Made Products

Custom-made wigs are created according to the specifications provided or approved by the customer.

As these units are personalised, they cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged once production has begun, except where required under our Returns and Refund Policy.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and colours are as accurate as possible.

However, colours may vary slightly depending on your device or screen settings.
