Due to the customised nature of our products, custom-made wigs cannot be returned or exchanged once production has begun. Returns are only accepted if the incorrect item was received, there is a manufacturing defect, or the unit does not match the approved specifications.
Yes. We ship nationwide across South Africa using trusted courier services. At checkout, you can choose from Door-to-Door Courier, PUDO Locker, PAXI Standard, or PAXI Express. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after your order has been dispatched, depending on the shipping method selected.
