Returns & Refund Policy

At Wigs by Eve, every custom unit is crafted with care and made according to your approved specifications.

Custom-Made Wigs

Due to the personalised nature of custom-made wigs, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun.

As each unit is sourced and customised specifically for you, returns or refunds will only be considered if:

  • You received the incorrect item.
  • The unit has a manufacturing defect.
  • The completed unit does not match the specifications you approved before production.

Reporting an Issue

Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or collection.

Please include your order number together with clear photographs or videos where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect measurements supplied by the customer
  • Wigs that have been worn, washed, cut, coloured, chemically treated, or altered
  • Hair care products that have been opened or used
  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

Wig Length

All wig lengths are measured according to industry standards from root to tip.

Please note that curls, layers, waves, and styling techniques may cause a wig to appear shorter than its measured length.

A correctly measured unit will not qualify for a return or refund based solely on its styled appearance.

Approved Returns

Where a return is approved, Wigs by Eve will repair, replace, or remake the product where appropriate.

If the error was on our part, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where reasonably possible.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from an error made by Wigs by Eve.
